MATCHING VALUE CARD

If a service booked in the Resource Planner matches a value card on the person (with products, not amount), it is indicated in the order panel and on the booking card. The booking can be paid directly in Resource Planner without the need of Point of Sale. This way, a personal trainer can set a booking as paid with one single click, without access to the Point of Sale.

TIME-BASED ENTRANCE

Entrance can now be configured on services, so that a person that has booked a padel court can enter the facility at the right time. The booker can enter using an entrance card or mobile entrance on their phone.

TOP UP VALUE CARDS

In Subscription tab for a subscription product, it’s possible to add value cards that the holder will get each time a period is debited. The value cards can only be for products, not amount.

Each value card can be configured in two ways:

Rollover
For every full period that is debited an already existing card gets the number of clips added to the pot. This way the customer can accumulate not used clips. If the customer doesn’t already have such a value card it will be created.

New value card
Each time full periods are debited the customer will get a new value card with the numbers of clips, valid to the end of the debited period. Clips can’t be accumulated.

Booking rules can now in addition to maximum number of bookings per day, per week and in total, also have a maximum number of bookings per calendar month.
