We’re excited to welcome Silje Leira, our new Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at BRP Systems Group. With a strong background in customer success, leadership, and an active lifestyle that reflects her passion for endurance and teamwork, she’s already making her mark.
A Career Built Around Customers
Silje started her career at TietoEvery as a consultant in the financial industry, working closely with customers across different countries and cultures. Over time, she moved into the SaaS world, where she built her first customer success organization.

Leading Onboarding, Services, and Support
As CCO, Silje is responsible for onboarding, services, and support - both for BRP Systems and Wondr. Her immediate focus is on getting to know our customers, teams, and structures.
“My first priority is for us to draw from all of our experiences, keep the areas where we’re best in class, and identify where we want to be even better in the future.”
Looking ahead, she sees big opportunities in empowering customers long after the onboarding phase - ensuring they continuously get the most out of their investment in BRP and Wondr.
Having spent many years in SaaS, Silje brings valuable experience in scaling customer organizations while staying close to the people who matter most - the customers.
“Several years in the tech space gives a lot of learnings that you always bring with you.”

Even though she’s only been with us a few weeks, Silje already feels at home:

Sports, Leadership & Endurance
Outside of work, Silje lives an active life - from her background as a handball player to today’s passion for triathlon and cycling. For her, training is about both health and community.
She recently returned from Spain, where she completed the Badlands ultra gravel bike race - and she’s already setting her sights on her fourth Ironman in Kalmar next year.
