BRP Systems AB
The new module in BRP lets swim schools and skill-based course operators manage bookings, progression and payments in one native system - with no integrations required and skill levels ready-made for Swim England's Learn to Swim framework.
BRP Systems, the Nordic market leader fitness management platforms with operations across the UK and Europe, today announced the UK launch of Courses, a new native capability inside the BRP platform built for swim schools and other skill-based course operators. BRP Courses brings booking, skill progression and payment collection together in a single system - replacing the patchwork of bolted-on tools many operators currently rely on.
Course providers have traditionally had to stitch together separate systems for scheduling, tracking pupil progress and collecting fees - an approach that breaks down when integrations fail or payments are missed. Courses closes that gap. Every pupil and parent sits in the same record as the rest of the membership base, so the family that started with swim lessons appears in the same reporting, the same campaigns and the same retention work as everyone else.
Built for instructors, parents and administrators alike
With Courses, instructors can view and manage every session they teach, check in an entire class in a single action, and update skill assessments in real time from any phone, tablet or computer. Parents see the same progress instantly through the member app, with visual, colour-coded tracking of each skill and level.
Skill levels and badges can be tailor-made to an operator's own curriculum, or aligned out of the box to Swim England's Learn to Swim framework - the standard already recognised by parents at pools across the UK.
Reliable payments
Courses supports both recurring and one-time payments natively, including Direct Debit and card-on-file billing. Because payment collection runs on the same ledger as membership and bookings, operators avoid the reconciliation gaps and failed-payment chasing that come with a separate payment gateway.
Course operators have had to accept broken integrations and unreliable payments as the cost of doing business. That shouldn't be the standard. With BRP Courses, everything runs natively in BRP - one system, one source of truth, and none of the reliability problems that come with bolting services together.
said Anders Gran, Chief Business Development Officer at BRP Systems.
Availability
Courses is available to BRP customers in the UK. Existing BRP customers can enable Courses through their account team, and new customers can request a demonstration at brpsystems.com/courses.
