How to change the message (internal and external) on a class

  1. Go to Resource Planner > Find the class

  2. Click on the class > Click on the "pen and paper" icon

  3. Click on "Base information"

  4. Write the new message under "External message" or "Internal message". Anything written under external message is visible for your customers while anything written under internal message is only visible for your staff

  5. Click on "OK"
