BRP Systems Group enters strategic partnership with Collectia Group for effective and industry-tailored payment follow-up.
BRP Systems Group, comprising BRP Systems AB and Wondr AB, has entered into a strategic partner agreement with Collectia Group, a leading player in debt collection and claims management. This agreement establishes Collectia as one of two Preferred Partners for reminder and debt collection services within the BRP Systems and Wondrs business systems.
Key benefits of the collaboration
- Integrated Solution: Gyms and fitness centers using BRP or Wondr can now manage reminders and debt collection directly within their existing systems.
- Market-Leading Expertise: Collectia is one of the most experienced players in claims management for the Nordic fitness industry, bringing significant specialized expertise.
- Technical Innovation: Both parties have agreed to work together to build the best future solutions for payment reminders. All future technical developments and industry-specific adaptations will be reserved exclusively for Preferred Partners.
- Strengthened Customer Value: The partnership sees many exciting opportunities to enrich each other's data for the benefit of the customers.
- Data-Driven Prevention: By working more data-driven, the goal is to provide customers with the best conditions to both prevent and minimize losses on receivables.
The agreement officially took effect on November 1, 2025, and replaces all previous agreements. The partnership includes technical integration via sFTP or API.
