We are thrilled to introduce Charlotte, who recently joined BRP as our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With a career built on navigating international markets and scaling B2B organizations, Charlotte joins us at a pivotal moment.

We sat down with her to discuss her vision for BRP, what a CRO means, and which Grand Slam is still on her bucket list.

The Vision: Sustainable Growth

How do you define your role as CRO, and what is your primary focus at BRP?

"For a company in a scaling phase like BRP, the CRO role means taking full ownership of the growth agenda and scaling in a profitable way. Our strategy begins with our current customers, optimizing the value we offer them, and layering on new revenue from there. We have a clear goal, and my job is to ensure that our strategy is aligned for healthy, efficient growth. This guarantees that BRP remains a strong, stable partner capable of delivering long-term value for our clients.”

What was it about BRP’s solution and its impact on customers that made you want to join the team?

"Two things stood out: clarity and opportunity. BRP has a very specific and well-defined customer profile. We know exactly who we are for and where we are going.

Furthermore, I saw a massive opportunity in the market. We aren't just another competitor; we are in a position to lead. But beyond the business metrics, there is the 'health aspect.' Joining a company with a clear purpose that drives health and well-being was a motivator for me."

The Strategy: Lessons from the Giants

You’ve had a successful track record at large international corporations. What lessons from those environments are you most excited to apply here?

"Large international companies have already figured out the 'how' of scaling. I’ve seen what it looks like when a company successfully has reached the next level. I want to take those proven, tactical successes - and adapt them to our agile environment. You don't have to be a corporate giant to use their smartest tactics. It’s about taking the best parts of that success and making them work for BRP and our clients."

The Person: Family, and Grand Slams

When you aren’t obsessing over growth metrics, how do you spend your time?

I love to spend time my family and friends, cooking and trying to master sourdough baking.

Besides that I have a bit of a tennis obsession! I really enjoy both playing and watching tennis. I’ve been to all the Grand Slams, except the Australian Open, which is still on the bucket list. With our current growth agenda, I might have to settle for watching the highlights for a little while!"
