IT Support Technician
BRP Systems develops and offers software solutions to customers within the fitness industry. Today, we are the leading supplier in the Nordics and are present in 10 countries with our solutions. We have around 100 employees and our headquarter is based in Linköping.
We are currently searching for an IT Support Technician that is passionate about customer satisfaction and troubleshooting. In the role as a support technician at BRP Systems, you have a great responsibility for one of our main objectives – happy and satisfied customers.
Your focus will be to help with troubleshooting, user questions and easier installations/configurations. The role offers a great variety - thanks to the combination of different support areas such as hardware and economics.
As a support technician at BRP Systems, you are responsible for solving our customers' tickets with great knowledge and service in mind.
In many cases, you will be the first person our customers talk to when having issues, and therefore your contributions to the whole customer experience weigh heavily.

We are looking for two candidates who have an understanding of how technical knowledge is an asset when working with customer service and knows how to use it to make customers satisfied.
It is an advantage if you have broad experience from working within the IT sector, preferably in technical roles with troubleshooting and support.
