The position includes a lot of coordination, prioritising and planning on multiple levels. You will act as an agile coach where guiding, coaching and mentoring others is an important part of the day-to-day job. As a Group Manager, we expect that you have prior experience as a manager or a similar position with managerial responsibilities. Additionally, you have experience within Java development and ERP development.
We expect you to be fluent in English, as this is our corporate language.
We are looking for you who are passionate about leadership and who possess the ability to give a team a clear sense of direction. You motivate and coordinate others so that they stay focused on the objectives.
Through delegation, sharing responsibility and coaching, you encourage others and promote their professional and personal development. You run your work independently and act on your own initiative where you make things happen and take responsibility for the result.
